Ingredients: Black (50%) and white (50%) sesame seeds.
How To Use: White and black sesame seeds (Sesamum indicum) is used for baking (bread, rolls, crackers, desserts), for sprinkling cakes and biscuits, it is added to ice cream and tofu, in jams and puddings, salads and vegetable dishes, soups, in Japanese dishes (sushi, syabu-syabu, udon noodles, unagi, yakitori, rice onihiri and sekihan dishes).
