Damage or Lost
Spiceking.eu packs and sends the very order that was paid and does not reimburse damages or losses resulting during transportation.
All claims for short delivery or breakages must be imposed immediately upon delivery – to the courier/post company.

Spiceking.eu aims to keep all our clients happy and operates a user friendly service in the event a client is not satisfied, our wants to change their mind, or makes a mistake whilst ordering.
Clients are welcome to return products to us within 14 days if not 100% satisfied, however, we do request that clients email us before returning products to advise the reason for return.
If individual packing of a product is in its original condition and the net weight of a product is the same as it is declared at a label, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price for a product.
If products are returned in damaged packing and lost their net weight we will agree with a client to refund a reasonable part of a purchase price for such products.
In all cases we do not refund postage costs both for first sending and for returning and because of that we advice you making the best choice while shopping here using quality photos of our products (both inside views and packing views) we have provided our e-shop.
Clients may to cancel orders for any reason (the lack of goods in stock, too long to wait for products’ availability, prices changed, to long shipping and delivery time declared, etc.) at any time after order is requested online without paying

If payment is already finalized, we may not refund a client by an order cancellation case. In some cases we buy products from third parties to fulfill a client’s specific order, so we may not be able to return products to suppliers we purchased from, if a client requests a cancellation. Furthermore, just receiving a payment for an order, a parcel most likely passed the courier service to delivery.
